Legal Review and Submission

Your attorney will submit your Panama Investor Visa application and documents using a notarized or apostilled power of attorney.

Review and Approval

The Immigration Office will review and evaluate your application within approximately 30 business days. Once the review is complete, your application will be approved.

Residency Confirmation

After approval, your attorney will be notified on your behalf. At that point, you can plan your trip to Panama to obtain your permanent residency ID.

Optional Citizenship

After five years of holding permanent residency, you may become eligible to apply for Panamanian citizenship.
